Called but left no message

Caller ID says:  Out of Area 215-391-1934.

I receive numerous calls from this number everyday into the night.  They hang up when answering machine picks up.  Never leave a message.  Calls from another number 215-391-1904 as well.  Turned off answering machine for over a week and the calls persist. Only difference is they hangup after the 6th ring.

I called the other number and a guy answered.  I think he said "ACT, Nate speaking." or something, but I couldn't understand him.  I called this number and a fax picked up.

I don't know what this is about or how they got my number since it's unlisted and registered with both the state and federal Do Not Call lists.  Very annoying.  I will probably have to report them to the FTC DNC to get my peace and quiet back.

Its Account Control Technology, Inc. (ACT) calling for someone who doesn't live at our number. We have told them 3 times before there is no one by the name asked for.

Immediate posting response scammer to Craiglist postings. Calls itself "James" Obvious robot responder fishing.
