    Some guy, an Indian male caller, said, in VERY broken English, most of which you could not understand, that he was conducting a survey about the "state of the country today".  I abruptly advised him he was calling the wrong country and should be calling India as I couldn't understand him whatsoever.  A likely scam, not a survey, masquerading under the pretext of a "survey".  Yeah.  Right.
