Called and hung up- no message

Caller ID showed as Elizabeth Baryogar - when I answered the caller went into his speal about how he is reviewing my credit cards and sees that I have over $10,000 in debt. Ha-Ha joke is on him, As I have no credit card debit!
Caller spoke with a heavy foreign accent and I hung up. Called back from a blocked number and received a recording that my call cannot be completed as dialed.

I live in northwest Ohio, this area code raised a red flag.  I usually check online for these reports, great job everyone!  Thanks for flagging this no good individual!

They hung up when I answered. I called back then says call can’t be completed as dialed.

Caller ID shows Elizabeth Baryogar  Calls SEVERAL times a day.  Never leaves a message.

Got multiple calls today.  Was not home on first call, but no message.  Answered second, no one there.  Now blocked.

Man with heavy black ebonic accent asked for husband by name. I asked whos calling. He asked me if I am Mrs. ___.  I said what is this regarding? He said is this Mrs. ___ ?  I again asked what is this regarding. He mumbled something in ebonics and hung up.

Called and ask for me by last name, I stated that no one lived her by that name (as I'm tired of these lame calls day in and day out), he asked if there was anyone there by my first name and I told him no, he said "Um, ok, thanks" and hung out.  Spoke with an accent, also came in as Elizabeth Baryogar.  Then I blocked him on my phone.

Keep calling multiple times a day, don’t answer.  Called back and got same response as others.   Call cannot be completed.  Am so sick of these nuisance calls.  Never leaves message.  Am on do not call list, but seems it’s rather worthless.

Got a call from this "person"  as displayed on my caller ID.  Did not recognize the name or number so did not answer. Left no message.

Got this call for the first time. I called back and got the same response as others-- call cannot be completed as dialed. However, this person has a Facebook page, which lists her as self-employed in Philadelphia, so might be a real person.

Called today asking for me by name. Spoke with accent and told me he was Daniel from American credit and he was calling because he saw I had more than 10000 in credit card debt. I told him to stop there and that I had no interest in talking to an unsolicited caller about any of my information and then hung up.

I don’t answer calls that I don’t recognize.  If important, caller would leave voicemail.  I did a reverse check and found it is a scam just as I suspected.  When will the do not call effort work for us?  We seem to have scammers who know every truck to bypass this and the annoyance and nuisance is beyond words!

Um, the DNC listalready works for us. It tells legitimate telemarketers you don't want to be called. However, it's not a call blocker so it can't keep you from receiving other types of unwanted calls, such as the ones from scammers. Try an actual call blocker; one which enables you to block entire area codes is quite beneficial.
