I don't know who this is.  Also received one right before from  267-443-6307, which comes up as Levittown, pa. like the above.

Everyday getting calls from this number (Levittown, Pa).  Last call this a.m. where person didn't
realize their voice was being recorded on my answering machine.  Some, female simpleton, probably foreigner, laughing and talking for a short time to someone on their end.

Called about 5 minutes ago, could hear someone in the background and typing noise. No one would answer, said hello 5 times, then it disconnected. I called back and it was an automated message saying the person was on the phone and to leave a message. No name no company. It came in on caller ID as Startell LLC

They called. I pick up. And no one would talk

I answered because the number came from a local exchange.  I could hear someone in the background but after I said 'hello' three times the call was terminated on their end.  Out of curiosity I called the number back and got a message which said 'you have reached a number which is not currently set-up to receive calls. Please try again later'.  I have never heard this kind of a recording before and have no idea what it means.  I have only received the call once but I know that doesn't mean I won't get another call.  Will update this is I get another call from this number.

That recording is typical of TracFone and Net10 cell phones when the owner hasn't set up their voice mail to work. I have set up several of these phones for myself (for backup), and for one person who cannot afford a regular cell phone. I have lost two of those phones over the years, that's why I had to get replacements.

These types of no-contract phones are often used by fraudsters and thus called "burner phones" as the fraudster throws them away if they think law enforcement is getting close or to get another cell phone with a new number.

I have two phone lines in my house, and each has it's own number.  Both phones rang at once, and both caller ID's showed 215-486-2719 and Levittown PA.  They must be searching for active numbers so they can call again with their robo  calls.

I've been getting those calls for years with that message that it is a non-assigned number. This particular number called today. Didn't answer. For th past week I have been getting calls from various telephone numbers from all over. I don't answer them. I wonder why the recent flurry.

They keep calling and when I pick up no one answers.  This happens at least once, but sometimes multiple times a day.

I have received a call from this number the past two day did not answer but when call back it states that the phone does not receive incoming phone calls.

I have decided not to pick up on any calls with numbers I don't recognize this year.  It will be interesting to see if they keep calling back or give up.
