Same thing here.

I had 3 calls from this number and caller ID said Bill Mauro within an hour time period.  No voice mail message.  If it was so important to warrant 3 calls, why was there not a message left on voice mail?

Michelle calls from this number. Automated answering system to leave a message. They will capture your phone number for a reply call. So do not call. Reply call shows as "Mauro Bill".

called 7:36 a.m. I thought it must have been an emergency and this michelle calls from allstate saying we talked before...gave her a piece of my mind called back later and did it again

Received a call today at 7:34AM the lady said she was from Allstate insurance and wanted to give me a quote,  she asked me what type of vehichle to I drive which I told her (should not have) so she can mail be a quote (I told her I was happy with who I have), the call was fast she did not ask for address or anything but said that she called me 4 months ago and that I told her to call back,  not something I would do or say but it was so early to have my phone ring from a telemarketer, and I was not thinking.

Michelle from nationwide insurance saying she forgot to call back from a few months ago. Weird call she didnt try to get information but knew my name. I said no thank you and we hung up.

Recvd call @ 11:45am from number listed as Bill Mauro, Levittown, PA (215-486-7215).  "Michele" stated she was working from home but calling on behalf of Allstate (Rob's Office??) and returning my call based on a call-back I purportedly asked for about 4 months ago.  Asked about my car insurance company and vehicle and could she send me info to do a comparison.  Without thinking at the time (was out walking the dog) I told her what insurance company I use and gave her my email address.  She read me my address and claimed to already have my birthday (month/day) so didn't need to ask for any more info.  I didn't confirm anything but the birth date is what I use online so as not to give out my true date.  Obviously should have hung up before holding any conversation but caught me off-guard and I was in a decent mood to be polite.

“Michelle” called my friend’s phone number, but asked for ME.  Weird and scammy…

This number has nothing to do with All State Insurance. When I asked the lady for the address of the office, I found it strange she had to shuffle through papers to give me the address. The address she gave for the All State office was 2300 Weir Rd. Aston, Pa. I went to the location and it's a residential property.

You took the time to drive over there? Why didn't you simply look it up on Google Maps and see the street view?

Allegedly Michelle from State Farm satisfying a callback from January that I requested. She said she worked at Bill Mauro State Farm in Willow Grove, PA which I just googled and it of course doesn't exist. I was in the middle of getting kids to school so stupidly answered what kind of car I drive and provided my birthday. She already knew my address so I confirmed. Said she is going to email me a quote for car and home insurance and to follow up with Nicole with any questions. What kind of scam is this??!

UPDATE: Fast forward to today, a man called, said I spoke with his call-center associate and said he has my quote for ALL STATE insurance for $125/year. I told him I'm not interested and hung up.

Same thing happened to me today as I was also busy with my child & also stupidly answered. I’m glad to see your update was just a follow up call. I have been panicking all day
