A man named Jack called and told me he was calling on behalf of JM Finance and that they were taking legal action against me due to me borrowing money. When I asked him to tell me my date of birth and he told me that he could not provide me with that information. Well I had my mom call back and act as a lawyer and he told her that he did not have any information that he boss was not there. Plus the name on the answeing machine is different then what he gives you. So I have been fooled once already by ppl like this last november when my family was going through a hard time and I paid out $350.00 and I found it was a fake so unless my husband who is a deptuy on our home town arrested me in the next wk or so I'm not going to worry with it

I got a call from a Jack Austin from Pennsylvania.  He stated that he's from the County Sheriff's Office and stated that I need my attorney present.  They're the ones needing an attorney present.

I recieved a similar message saying they were from NYPD. And telling me that the police were coming to my job for an outstanding payday loan from June 2010. I dont have any payday loans out and definately none last year. And they couldnt tell me the name of the company i owed. They have used 4 different numbers and one is disconnected as of today.
