Constantly calling...leaves no message

They call and leave no message.  When I do answer it, its a female voice leaving an automated recording stating that this call is a reminder that North Central Collections will be withdrawing money corresponding to your pre-authorization tomorrow.  Then it goes on to say that if this pre-authorized transaction is an issue to please call back at an 888 number or press 0 to speak with a representative right now.  I pressed zero and got a gentlemen that was actually really nice, a little pushy, but nice otherwise.  He stated that this was an attempt to collect a debt from a payday loan back in 2011 from a company called Highland and JD Marketing. I told him I didn't know anything about this and I have pre-authorized any transactions, so I have no idea why I would be receiving these types of recordings to my phone number.  I told him it was completely shady and he agreed, I told him I've been dealing with harrassment over this so called payday loan and I have an attorney that is helping me with a case against collection agencies calling me regarding this false debt and he asked for my attorney's phone number.  So far she has not called me to let me know that someone has contacted her, so I don't know if they actually will....but if this number calls you again it's a company called North Central Collection Agency and they are using a pre-dialing system that uses out of state area code to get you to try to answer the phone and then hook you by saying that they are going to be taking money out of your account.  They cannot do this.  No matter how many times I ask they will not give me an address to their business, nor any information to what state they are licensed.  Be careful talking to these people.

It's a collection agency from Allentown, PA. When a credit card collection is in its last year even if it has been settled in court this agency tries to collect. Just ignore them.
