called my cell, did not answer. tried to call back but used *67 to block caller id and it said "welcome to verizon wireless, you call cannot be completed as dialed".  not sure if that was due to *67 or bogus number.

Got a call from this number.  Called it back.  It didn't ring, i just heard one staticy click and nothing, just silence.

Called my cell, I did not answer, they left 5 seconds of silence on my voicemail.
Not a good sign.

Another reporting website like this one says this is a health insurance scam call.
NEVER give a stranger your personal information, or data, or credit card numbers.
These folks are illegal already: it's against the law to call somebody on the Fed's Do Not Call list (which I am),  and it is against the law the make robo calls.
Stay away !
