    Called me recently, I didn't answer and they didn't leave a message.  From the note above it sounds like someone spoofing an unused number (which is much better than spoofing some innocent person's active number).  There are two types of phone owners -- those who have had their numbers spoofed and those who will have their numbers spoofed.

    The caller identified themselves as "Aaron" - When I said I was on the FDNCR, he said he would put my number on their own "do not call" list - after I asked if the number was spoofed, he quickly hung up.
