This was Independence Blue Cross with a survey

Obviously spoofed #.Tried to sell me home repairs. Led him on, said I needed Windows. Transferred me to supervisor. I took 2 minutes of his time while watching news. Incredible that it took that long for him to catch on. Finally he screamed: "FU, you SOB" and hung u. Both agents spoke with Indian accents and background conversations were in same accent.

Called ID said it was Independence Blue Cross which is my health insurance company.  I did not pick up and no message was left.  Called me twice

Looks like this number is from area code 215 but actually there is an international prefix 011 that my caller ID picked up. This number is from another country faking area code 215 origin. International Criminals?

2 calls from this number today, no message left. I did talk to Blue Cross's (IBX's) customer service earlier in the day and after reading these reports am thinking it was a survey about that call. This is a cell phone so there was no caller ID and I don't answer calls from numbers I don't recognize. Now that I know what it is I might answer if it calls back, if I have time to answer their questions.

called asked what language i wanted to speak in.  called several times.

Independence Blue across- most likely a solicitor for health insurance.  They called me 2 times yesterday 4/1/20. Cousins in that area. Though it was an April fools joke at first!

Do you often look up known phone numbers when there's no logical reason to do so?
