    I kept getting calls from this number and I kept hanging up.  Now they have sent me a letter stating that I owe a Connecticut Valley $1,147.94 bill.  I looked up the company and found out its a scam.  This number also has a lot of complaints already on file.  Needless to say they can kiss what I twist.

    Go to local post office, give copy of letter to postal authorities and ask for the postal inspector to investigate.  This was probably posted under some sort of license which can be looked up.  

    This is clearly mail fraud and a serious crime; a federal offense.
