Called for someone who isn't at my cell phone number. There was a long delay in response when I spoke with them. Not sure where they are from

I received a telephone call from 216-2205232 9-02-2011 at 9:05 a.m. A woman said her name was Nicole at (sounded like this name, but it was not distinctly pronounced) Citco Financial Group (definitely was Financial Group, though).  She said she needed to verify that "gave my last name and the initial D, then called me by my first name  in a questioning tone and when I said yes, she said she needed to verifty (mumbled) and then said did you used to live at such and such an address.  As I used to live at this address about nine years ago, I asked her"what did you say the name of your compnay was?) and she repeated the opening line of her call again.  I then hung up.  The only company I was able to locate online with the same name is a hedge fund for elite clients.  Definitely, unprofessional and not on the up and up.  Surely something can be done about this type of calls.  Contacting the Attorney General perhaps.

I get phone calls from this number and its dead silence on the line if this number continues to call i will be pressing harrising charges....

just received a call from this number & some woman said she was looking for a Joann Gilbert.... :/

I just got a call from them and they tried to say i owed over 300 for a bank acct i had from chase. i said i dont know what u are talking about because i closed my acct and it had a 0 bal. they tried to get me to tell them my ssn# so they can verify who i am im not that stupid i hung up on them

I'm receiving multiple calls this morning all from health or dental insurance companies. #'s
