Scum called my federal office land line. HA

I only know 4 people in this Cleveland OH area code, and since this was none of their numbers, I am 99.44/100% sure it was a telemarketer, so I didn't even pick up.

Answered call from this number on 1st or 2nd ring.  Caller hung up after I answered.

called about 20 minutes ago didn't leave a message and didn't ring through we didn't pick up because we don't know who the number belongs to probably scammers

Just received a call from this number to our cell. Didn't answer, no VM message left. I assume this number to be a scam.

waited for them - once I said no - they hung up - couldn't even get the rest of my tirade in!  It's a scam  I know it's a scam - doesn't matter if you are on the do not call list - they use burn numbers and phones so you cannot call them back.

Same experience as others - calls to cell, no message. When I called back I get "call cannot be completed as dialed" recording, so am pretty sure it's a scam. Blocked.

I added them to my cell phone blocklist on 27Nov17.  Just called me again, left no message.

Credit card debt consolidation scam

I didn't have time to play today and just blocked them.  If I have time I just keep them on the line and try to make their lives less "meaningful".  You have to be a little slimy to call people on DNC and expect them to be joyful. Either don't answer I keep them busy not getting anywhere.
