This is a collection company for citi bank. So, if you have a credit card through citi bank they have sent it to collections and thats whose calling you.

They introduced themselves as united recovery .... they are debt collection, they are very rude , and they have ALL your information in front of them

I have had this number call my phone several times today, and every time I answer the person just hangs up.  I wish they would say something to me like tell me to get another job to pay off my debt, I'll have them in tears, then hang up on them like they do me!

I agree its a collector for Key Bank also.
