It is NCO Financial Systems (debt collectors).  There is a law firm (Federick Schulman) on the web that is asking if this company has called you and it is saying you may have legal recourse.

This number calls me several times a day and never leaves a message. I have no clue who they are or what they want. If it is so important that you call me several times a day, then leave a message.

Shut the machine down and ignore the call and see if that doesn't stop them. They want a live person and will continue calling as long as they're getting an answering machine. A machine still gives them hope they'll get a live person and some bother you enough thinking that you'll answer if they do. Try blocking the number, or just ignore it completely.
