They call daily. No message

They have been calling daily for the last week... all hours of day; even as late as 8:45 pm. Never leaves a message

Who are they do you know? They call me all the time too and right before them is always a call from Bauer publishing.

On do not call list, wtf?

Ask for my mom by first name, told her she wasn't available, caller said she was going to freeze my mom's credit card. I asked which one and she hung up. She was very rude and acted like she didn't believe that my mom wasn't here or I wasn't her.

Called twice between 2:30 and 3:30pm I picked up on the second ring the second time they called and there was no response, nobody on the other end.

Hung up before I could pick up the phone.

Says they are the Ohio Troopers association.

Called just before 4 PM today and one other day this week.  Disconnected my answering machine -- seems to discourage them if the phone rings on.   If you pick up the receiver and then hang up without answering, it also seems to discourage this type of call.  Only comes up "Ohio call 216 539-3949".  

No message, and no response if you do answer;  true, call ends after about the third ring...
