shows out of area, no message left

This number called our home 4 times yesterday.  If I answered, no one there.  This morning when she called and asked for my husband, I said, "Concerning..."  She didn't answer, so I said, "What is this call about?"  She said, "Business."  I said, "You need to tell me what this phone call is about."  She hung up on me.  The caller ID says, "Unknown name."  I tried calling back, dialed twice to make sure I dialed right.  Got a fax machine.

Received a call from this number asking for my husband.  I asked who was calling.  She told me Farmer's Service was getting back to us.  I asked in regards to what?   She said is your husband coming to the phone or not.
I told her NOT!

I believe that I have received 3 calls from this number.  It doesn't sound like there is anyone there when I pick up.  When I try to call them back, I get a buzzing/beeping sound, almost like a fax machine.  The caller ID just gives the number and Unknown Name.  I would love to tell them to take my name off of their list, but there is no one there to tell......

Second day I got a call from this number, did not pickup, they left message which was music.  When I call back a fax answers?

how do you report this number for harrassment that has called our house at 7:30 in the morning with no answer & just buzzing
