It's a Cleveland, Ohio, number but the message left was something like this...  "This is the IRS calling about a very time sensitive and serious matter. So if you don't want your property and bank accounts seized, call back immediately - 216-538-4817"

beware of this new scam....
Got this call today at 2pm

I've got the same call today, I called back several times, but he hanged up on me.  
216-538-4817 (Ohio)?  must be a scam call.

Do NOT be like Kay and be an idiot and call back. That's how they make their money, through call backs. Don't fall for this scam.

Yes, I also got a call from this number. I called back from a different line - they answered "IRS" I started saying I got a call from this number, who are you.. and they hung up. SCAM.

Got a call claiming to be the IRS and that I should call that number immediately. Scam.
