    Said I won sweepstakes. Very sataticy connection. I noticed a good part of these numbers start with 216 area code. Very hard to make out the voice except for the phone number.

    I got a phone call in the same condition from a restricted number, telling me that I have won in a sweepstake as well.

    when I asked how to find out if it's a fraud or not they gave me this number (216 539 4834) to be the
    "DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE!" so that I could call and ask about my $350,000 check

    I called someone answered, saying that it was the DEPT. OF JUSTICE and I was a winner!!!

    but it just wasn't enough for me, so I called 202 514 2000 (THE REAL DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE IN DC) and they said that the call was a fraud!!!!
