Fake Google listing call. Keep blocking these scammers and they call from a different number. DNC Registry is a joke.

This number just called me claiming to be "Google" and when I responded no thank you, he said Fine F you then!

216-539-5069 just called our business. Caller ID came up as "Cleveland OH". It was a monkey with a script working in a boiler room environment claiming to be calling from Google. When we informed him that he is NOT calling from Google, he told us to "Go F#$% Yourselves!" and then proceeded to hang up on us. Reporting the call to the authorities as harassment, and blocking the number immediately.

Someone please tell me how I can stop these people from calling.  They call at least 3 times a day and I tell them to take me off the list and they still call.

These are nasty Indian scammers threaten me that they would remove me from Google and just BS. Block number and reported to Google.

Once they get  started, they just keep calling no matter how times you block the number. They just use another number.

Call comes from a different number with an area code of 216, and phone panel says "Cleveland OH."  We don't work with/know anyone in Ohio.    We got one of these yesterday and I yelled that we don't accept this type of phone call, and hung up.  Same thing today, different phone number, different guy with an India accent, claiming to be from "Google Verification Department,"  with me yelling and hanging up.

I think when I get tomorrow's call, I am going to answer "Google Verification Department," because what else are you gonna do but entertain yourself with these scum.

Scammers don't care if you're on the DNC list. And they don't have one of their own to take you off of. These two reasons are why a call blocker is a good investment. Especially one which enables you to block entire area codes.
