    Another scam call - Women says I need to call her today or I will waive my right to counsel.  No company name or person's name given.  Says there is a pending case with my name and social security number.  These people from Cleveland keep getting new numbers so they can scam people!

    BIG SCAM!!!!!
    This number kept calling and calling leaving a voicemail saying if I didn't call back I was waiving my right to council. I called back to see who they were looking for they did have my information. They tried to tell me they were suing me for check fraud for a payday loan from 2015.(which I know I never had) And Unless I pay today they would see me in court. I said well I look forward to seeing you in court. Then she hung up on me. She didn't  have a company name or amount of debt or any other details. It was a waste of 5 minutes of my life. Do not answer them!!
