They need to understand that their collection process, when only a few days past the new billing, pushes people away and makes them seek other providers. I've never experienced such nagging in my life! Are you listening, Mr. CEO?

they are taking money from my account today as we had discussed, why the need to call me? they money is there...

call coming from a cleveland location; when i answered 11:45AM, they disconnected w/o saying anything.

It's not time to pay my bill and Verizon's calling now.  They did the same thing last month from a different phone number.  Big write up in our local paper of their impending increase in charges.  Trying to get you setup for auto pay now.

This is outrageous - I'm less than a week late and have gotten 3 calls today (all before noon - with the first call being at 8am this morning).

Verizon. They don't leave a message, so you're compelled to call back to find out who's calling.

They call 3 times a day I answer and theres a click everytime im currently 4 days late on my bill because im waiting to get a new debit card in the mail I seriously want to change service providers

Usually when debt collectors tighten payment schedules .... it is a sign of a BUY OUT or borderline BANKRUPTCY .

If this is Verizon,  they stuffed my bill by 100% last month.   They charged my daughter $1800 for phone calls.  At $90 mo they would have cut her off a long time ago if she was really in arrears.  It now went to collection agency that offers a 50% discount to pay off.  I believe they are a scam and in financial problems

It's Verizon which is crap because my bill is caught up and they start calling around 4:30 AM till 2:00 AM. They call about every 15 minutes and when you answer it hangs up. Sick of the calls. Only reason I've kept their service is because their the only ones who get service where I live. Tried other companies and don't get service here.

I get a couple of calls a day from 216-539-7006 but I never answer calls from numbers I do not recognize. If this is Verizon collections calling me, I don't know why they would call me because I have not used their services for over 2 years.

I have been getting a call from them for several days from this number and from the following number (216)539-8269 But the funny thing is I don't have Verizon. So when I call this number I told them that I didn't have their services and I was trying to find out why they continued to call me and they hung up on me.
