Looks as if the robo-clowns are using a new number. Calls that are similar to this number have been coming in recent weeks from 1.) political survey-takers and 2.) utility companies trying to get customers to switch suppliers. Fortunately, even with this new number, my online call-blocking service intercepted the call and freed me from having to talk with the bozos.

No message, added to auto rejection list.

Idiot didn't' leave a message. No message to me equals scammer.

Illegally called my cell phone because it's on the do not call list & I do not give my cell phone # out to businesses & no business has written permission from me to contact my cell phone which in my state is a must to legally call a cell phone.  No business has that from me because I don't give my cell phone number out.
So any unknown calls to my phone is a scam & are being reported.

Did not answer the call when it came in, but blocked my number and called it back. Claims it was a survey that has now ended and you can be removed from the list (yeah right!). Seems they are skimming through numbers in this area to make these calls.

The National Do Not Call Registry is not functioning nor complaints really being taken. I called the Ohio Atty General Office over a different scam that is going around in the name of United Healthcare.  The lady who I had to report insurance fraud and scamming fraud to at this office told me the Registry is not doing anything with one's reports as the computer system it runs on is not working. and the reports are going nowhere, sad to say.

I got a call from this number an hour ago.  It came through on my house landline phone... but really I guess this doesn't matter since I get these same kinds of calls on my cell.  Usually I  do not pick up numbers I did this time expecting it to be my neighbor (I live in this Greater Cleveland area code).
Instead of hearing my neighbor's voice, I got this bouncy lady (real voice -- no robo call voice). "Hi! This is Cindy from Florida Getaways"!  Uhm, really?  Pushing Florida tourism in Ohio FROM Ohio?? What about Ohio tourism?  I hung up on "Cindy!"
Just last week or so I got a Faux Disney call on my cell that my Caller Control App identified as a SCAM call with yet another 216 area code. Different number same criminal callers.
I spoke with the Ohio Atty General's office on another more personal attempt to defraud me of my identity and my personal insurance information, I was told Ohio is so flooded with these calls that the calls are coming at a flood than law enforcement can track down or do anything about them. This call is just one more call to add to the heap. Same people calling, just phishing different numbers.
This is a scam call, there are no options in "Call Type"  that describes these calls, there for I will leave Call Type as "Unknown" but we all know what type these calls truly are... and so does the Ohio Attorney Generals office to hear them talk about it.

I'm also in your area (outskirts) & am seeing a surge of scam calls originating from the NEO (440 & 216) area on my mobile, unfortunately In don't have caller ID on my land line & get numorus hangups per day on the machine, even the tele-zapper don't get rid of these pests.
