Scam.  Called to say there were fraudulent cases against my social on an affidavit that would be submitted to the county today.  Would not tell me the original creditor.  Claimed everything had been mailed to me.  Typical collection scam script they used.  When I called them on it and said it sounded like a scam she was done talking to me.  She said "we'll just go ahead and turn your file over then".

Scam , When I told them I turned it over to FCC and if they called I'd see them in jail. they said she would see me there since I had a case in their office but didn't know my name, or who I owed etc I do have it recorded.

Got the same voicemail today scam

I got this voicemail today as well.

Caller indicated that my case would be turned over to the state. Did not identify what state or some sort of reference number. Will block this call as others have reported it as a scam.

Got many voicemails from these scammers, different people from different numbers would call but same script!! I just ignore n reported it!
