- Skip J.Another, no message call, obvious telemarketing scum.
- SelenaCalled asking for someone named "David." Told them it was a wrong number. Then the guy said maybe I could help him and started asking for money for some organization (I didn't hear which one because I was too busy yelling at him that I wasn't interested in whatever he was trying to sell me and to never call again and hung up).
Seemed like one of those fancy robo-calls that responds to voice prompts since it didn't miss a beat even with me saying never to call again- Call type: Telemarketer
- JtNumber left no message. Called busy line. Probably another scam
- EmilyMy message was exactly the same as Selena (June 28, above). Male, sounded Caucasian, approx 30-50 years old. Asked for "Lilly", said he had the wrong number, he said,"that's okay, maybe you can help me" to which I immediately replied,"pardon, who were you calling for?". He responded, I said "Lilly?" He said, "that's all right, I'll have to get her records elsewhere." I do not remember an apology for dialing the wrong number and do not remember a thank you. I thought it was a weird end, asking for records. Thanks for the info everyone! Hope this helps
- gooberRobo response call. Has anyone else been noticing that the spoofed calller ID numbers are now from your own or nearby area code, and sometimes even your own exchange? It's getting harder to just not answer because the calls appear to be local. Something must be done to stop these low life, thieving, pond sucking excuses for valid protoplasm. Maybe Trump or Hillary will put a stop to it. Hahahahahahahaha....
- Caller: Thieves
- BfAnd yeah, the calls that look like they're from my area FREAK me out because I have teens. I always think it's some one calling about my kids, good or bad. It's getting harder to wait to let those calls go to voicemail. Depending on where my kids are or what they're doing though, I'll answer.
- RandyGuy called asking me to support veteran assistance program I said yes then he tried to get my credit card number over phone. I said send me literature no card over phone and he hung up. Definitely crooked activity going on here!!
- ThomA robotic voice asked for "Richard". I said "wrong number", then the robotic voice told me maybe I could help..... Veteran assistance. I just sat the phone down, and the robot continued on for ever. The number appeared to be from the local area.

- LB OhioWhenever the phone number has double 00s in them, it is sure to be a spoofed number and/or a scam called.
- FredoI actually had fun with this call. This guy asks for Michael and I asked for the surname of Michael. He refused to say, so he asked for 'the man of the house' :D Caller claimed to represent amvets, and i said ive never received a call from them before when ive donated, and said id donate via website. He gave a website and tried to hardcore pressure me, talking over me and not answering any questions. I floored him and asked if he was a computer because I wasnt registering lol. I went off for about 2 minutes saying how I hoped they were recording this and how I would report the call, check up on the website, etc etc and he quietly stayed on the line, which surprised me. Then he came back on and said my number would be removed from their lists and hung up. Cracked me up! Searched number and it is listed as level 3 communications llc.
- Caller: level 3 communications llc
- Call type: Non-profit organization
