Called my mobile, left no message.

For some reason I decided to answer this. No one was on the other line. Most likely a bot call. Called back, number not in service.

Called yesterday afternoon but left no msg. Spoofed # ? Scam?

Called , I answer asked for Micheal  i said wrong number and he said well probably u can help me and all i heard was a recording bla bla bla i hung up

Called my cell. I answered because I have family in (216) area. Seemed like it was a timed message waiting for responses. It asks for 'yes' or 'no' answers, so beware. (Never say 'yes' because they can try to use your 'answer' to hold you to something.)
The call was related to collecting money to help fund a movement to make it a capital crime to assault police officers. The 'caller' asked if I would donate. I said I would have to investigate further. Then the 'caller' asked how much I would donate to which I again replied I would have to investigate the issue further. The 'caller' indicated they would mail me a package. I said NO and the call disconnected, which is when I started thinking that the call was actually a recorded message waiting for me to say 'yes' somewhere along the line and was only responding to my voice answers. It was very odd. I blocked the number from my phone.
