Phone soliciting should be illegal.

A robocall from Account Services to lower your credit card interest rate scam - A search shows this number to be from Springfield, IL. A land line using  PEERLESS NETWORK OF ILLINOIS, LLC - IL. They keep calling using a different new number after being told to remove my number from their call list and blocked.

Telling them to stop calling you is like talking to a brick wall. They don't understand what that means, and you're most likely going to be dealing with some crook in India--not Springfield, but the number is spoofed to appear from there. After pushing a number, you're probably going to be transferred to a foreigner. You want to stop them, try not answering, or killing the calls before they get an automatic answer.

Just got an empty call from them. Answered, said hello, quiet, then the number hung up. Called at 8:30 am too. The caller ID said it's from Springfield IL

Received a call from this number at 8:30am. Didn't answer but phone said it was from Springfield, Illinois.

I don't own any credit cards, so this is clearly a scam

They called my cell phone this morning, but did not leave a message. Blocked number thanks to the other comments. I am getting sick of these people calling, especially on my cell phone. These crooks have become public enemy number one.

It got to the point that for my parents, I had to block all numbers except those that are people they know. I had to do this to protect them.  Dad gave out all their info to some scammer who said they needed all his bank account info in order to send him his new Medicare card. The person had a very thick accent. Thankfully I moved the money out of that account on the same day.

This sort of stuff has gotten out of hand. Way out of hand.

Install Call Blocker from Google Play Store. Hangs up on jack ***es before they can leave message. Sorry, scammers. I'm done with your games.
