This number called and did not leave a message.  Do not know if this is BOGUS or not.

I rejected, went to VM but they left no message.  There are 85 complaints on the internet.  HIGHLY SUSPECT SCAM

I received a call at 3:41 am true to ignore it no answer when they called back

I sent info to my congressman, and got this call immediately after. Didn't answer and it stated it left a message, and a message showed, but there was just empty noise.

Called me a minute ago and had left a voicemail that sounded like static.

I received a call which rang and rang. I thought it might be about an announcement so I called back. The guy said he didn't know why he kept getting calls but had not made them himself. I'm bummed because I used a phone w/o free long distance.

I input my phone number in a webesite to have it auto dial so I could express my desire to keep net neutrality and 3 seconds later I get a cal from these guys but rejected it and blocked the number.

Same, but it also left a robotic creepy "good bye."

Called at 2am!! No voicemail.
