Called 10am let answering machine pick up left no message.

The caller is from a "supposed charity" the Children's Cancer Research Fund which is considered one of the worst charities in the United States. (Tampa Tribune 11 Worst Charities)  http://www.tampabay.com/americas-worst-charities/

The facts are:  O.6% of what you donate actually reaches children (60 cents out of every $100......yes...you read that correctly.) According to IRS Form 990, in 2008 & 2009 this Foundation collected just short of $4,000,000 .....not a single penny made it past the calling company and charity officers to the "children". I mailed a copy of the Tampa Tribune 11 Worst Charities article INSTEAD of a check. Should be illegal for them to have a 99.4% operating cost and remain a "charity"

They call several times a week and change numbers just as often. Use your call blocker and block by name feature if you have it.

Scam "Charity".  They essentially keep all the money, giving almost nothing to the children. The name of this scam is children's cancer research fund.

Called my number around noon and left no message.  I usually do not pick up unknown phone calls, but do listen to the messages left in voicemail.

Just got a call from this "charity." THEY are the reason I never pick up my landline calls anymore: it's always some friggin' scammer trying to extort money. I hope these people burn in hellfire for a long  long time. Blocked this number.

This is a pest call. I have been asking them to not call for a year or two. They have a horrid reputation concerning the amount of money they actually use for "charity" and the amount they keep for themselves. Something like 6 cents from every dollar goes to children's cancer. The rest they keep citing salaries, etc. Disgraceful!!

Received a phone call from this number last night at 8:45 pm - So annoyed by all these phone calls as on a DO NOT CALL; as in DO NOT CALL!!!!  Where they get your phone from is beyond me!!!

Usually this number calls and then hangs up.  Today I answered recording asked for a dead relative.  The recording said it would call back for him.  Good luck.....   Children's Cancer Research Fund also calls. Harassment.

Some woman called asking for someone in my family that has been dead for over 25 yrs and then wanting to speak to the man of the house,  My called ID said A Hossler GM -- yeah sure!  Anyway she said her name is Vanessa and I told her they have been told numerous times to stop calling she said she would take me off the Cancer Recovery List.  Hell, no one has had cancer here so this scammer is trying to bleed money out of people.  They have called 4 times in the last 2 days and if you don't answer they won't leave a message.  Reported this to Do Not Call List since they are not a recognizable charity and need to stop harassing people.

1st time for these $cammers.  They certainly sound shady. (that's awful). This was on 8/3/16 @ 10 AM CT.  a 666 in between sure sounds creepy & when they are ranked as 1 of the worst, well: BLOCKED!

well these finks will NOT take the hint: Got this # today on 8/5/16 @ 10:35 AM CT. They use ANOTHER # that I got twice yesterday. $cammer$! The other # is 1-217-280-4885. Same supposed Company. 1 BIG PITA! BOTH #'s Blocked! I KNEW they would try to call this AM. Bet they try again tonight! STAY TUNED!

Well sure enough: 8/5/16 @ 7:43 PM CT (PAST BUSINESS HOURS!) There's that !@#%  Children's Cancer Fund but BOTH #'s are blocked & they STILL try! ENOUGH already!!
