didnt answer. voicemail automated female computer voice, half cut off... "or press 2 to be placed on our do not call list...."   ALL of my numbers are already on the national do not call registry. Shouldn't be calling me to begin with.

I keep getting calls offering me insurance, I finally pressed the number 2 to speak with someone, when he answered I told him I did not want these calls and he hung up on me. Next time i will drag him into a long conversation then hang up on him. I tried calling back and it could not go through.

I got a phone call from this number at 9:15 AM Eastern Time, but I refused to answer the phone because I didn't recognize the caller ID. It never left me a message so I suspected it was a robocall. The YouMail app on my phone flagged it as "Health Insurance Spam." These are the same scammers who spoofed California phone numbers with the same sales pitch trying to sell me health insurance when I already have health insurance and I never done business with these fraudsters and harassers. It is a scammer misusing someone's phone number in Lake Village, Indiana so that he/she can try to scam me. I reported these scammers and other robocalls that spoofed random US phone numbers trying to sell me health insurance to the FTC before and my phone number is on the Tennessee and National Do Not Call Registries. I did not give them permission to call me nor have I done business with them.

Caller ID stated: 11/28/18, 9:20 AM, Lake Village IN, 219-215-1001. I did not answer because of your comments. Thank you. I don't block the numbers because they change all the time. Yesterday they called from 540-339-8146 and 540-339-7207.

David, do you think reporting them does any good?  For that matter, does the Do Not Call Registry do any good at all, anymore?  The people intent on CC theft and ID theft don't give one whit about US laws.  They're probably not in the US.  And they're virtually untraceable.  The DNC registry is honored by some US businesses, but those calls are few as compared with the constant barrage of spoofed scam calls.   And it doesn't do any good to block them.  This number is one among many using Indiana and California area codes that have called me this week.  I get 300 calls a month from this scam ring, all unique numbers.  Their programs don't repeat the same numbers, so there is nothing to block.  Just do what I do.  Don't answer.  Delete as you get these.  Anyone legitimate who calls you, whom you know, will just leave you a message.

Call came in on Land Line @ 8:23 A.M. eastern time (I'm on Chicago time). Recording about selling us senior healthcare coverage - hung up on Scammer call.

Another health insurance robocall (with a possible side of identity theft?). They seem to have moved their base of operations to Indiana.

That's what I do. I never trust any caller ID and refuse to answer any unknown numbers. If it is a real person that I do know and I actually done business with, they would just leave me a message instead of a machine that doesn't understand human emotions. No matter what kind of random phone number it is, I ignore the call, block them and report them. Because someday, I will get a substantial amount of money in a class action lawsuit against this kind of harassment.
