collection agency?  wanted me to verify a birthdate that was not mine, but had my name

could not understand what co. she said she represented.

bill collector,  had my name and my number but wrong ssn. who the hell are they, and wont leave company name.

This number called and asked for a name of someone who does not live with me. They then asked if I knew that person and it was my ex-husband. I called back and got customer service and asked how they would get my home # associated with my ex-husband, who I have been divorced from for over 10 years. The customer service rep said my # would be removed. When I asked the name of the company calling, she either said ARS or AIS. When I asked what kind of company it was, she said she could only remove my # from the call list and then hung up on me.

calls but no messages.........don't answer calls frpm unknown numbers!
