Recording stated that they were a contracted agency which does not meet the criteria for a company identifying itself when calling with a recorded message. After pressing 1 someone came on the line and said he was with the "National Enrollment Center" which seems related to an ongoing series of scam attempts and even the BBB cannot locate this "business" which most likely does not even exist except to con people out of money or identity information.

Shows "United States" in Caller ID. Cell phone rang for about two seconds showing this number, then dropped the call. I didn't answer and no voicemail appeared.
