They called me a few minutes ago.  I'm a former collections attorney and currently defend student loan lawsuits and therefore, I do not need this telemarketer's assistance.  Moreover, I believe I received something in the mail yesterday from this same telemarketer, which I promptly placed in my shredder.

Any person battling issues with student loans needs to speak with an experienced consumer defense attorney.  For example, in Florida where I live, there are certain conditions precedent that must be performed before a lawsuit is filed.  Nevertheless, I am checking with a colleague to see if this telemarketer violated the TCPA by contacting me without my permission.

I missed a call from this number at 2:50pm on June 17th, 2015. They didn't leave a message either.

Glad I looked this up. Just called my cell phone. They immediately hung up when I answered. Won't fall for that again.

Just got a missed call from them and didnt answer so I tired calling back and verizon said my call cannot be completed as dialed

Answered the call, it was a recorded message from "Mary Foster." Debt forgiveness on student loans. I have none. Scam.

Just called my cell phone - did not answer - will block based on posts. Looks like they are bugging everyone today!!

Call also. Didn't leave a message, but I am already on the do not call list. I'll go to the dnc website and report this #. That has worked in the past.

Called at 2:40 on a Wednesday afternoon but hung up after two rings and did not leave a message.  Now blocked.

The called, I didn't answer, they left no message. I'm in Baton Rouge, LA.

THey called my cell phone.  I answered and they hung up.  I called back using my office phone and got a "I'm sorry your call cannot be completed at this time"

I to tried to call it back and it said I am sorry but this number is not allowed at this number. Does it make any sense?

Actually under certain circumstances you can.

Yet another student loan robocall.  These guys have been BUSY today, judging by the number of complaints filed in the last few hours.

Didn't answer. Left no voicemail. Looked up number and says it's from Arlington Heights, IL.
