States it is for a job that I a plied foe as a personal assistant and want me to cask a check and use funds to buy toys for an orphans..

I got an email from this person, saying that I applied for a personal assistant position and wants me to buy refill on checks and print them for him so that I would be able to pay his other employees. I told him I was contacting the police and he keeps on email and he also tried to hack into my gmail account and was blocked by google and google let me know where that number was really calling from

You can attach those emails to a complaint filed with IC3, the cyber crimes division of the FBI.

Same. He told me he was to fedex funds, I never received and he had hired me as a personal assistant, I was to send toys to an orphanage and he gave me card: nfo to post ads for him, upon it being declined he said don't worry about it and asked if I had a card. I told him no, then looked up his number, and found this.

He also told me the same thing. He had me post on craiglist and gave credit card informations and the card went through. Has he tried to call anyone to prove who he is.

Did you cash the check and send the money. I am dealing with him right now as well

Don't cash the check, it's bogus and don't send anyone any money.  Pure scam.
