i got a call too and told me that my mother has a pending case etc. its a scam

These are [***] scamers trying to steal and deceive people!!!!!!!!! She say her name is amy phillips which i believe is a lie. She left a number 866-309-9551!!!!!! All crooks!!!!!!!!!

Called and left a message about a relative's debt.

They called and left a message saying I have a opened case which i have no clue what they were talking about. It definitely seem like a scam.

John Swift called from this number stating that I had two cases pending against me but couldn't disclose from whom. He gave me 1-866-326-2985 to call with a file number. He said I had 30 minutes to contact them or they would serve me at home or work. Then called another phone number and left another message on relative phone. BIG SCAM

They have been relentlessly contacting my family members telling them a suit will be filed by the end of the day against me for arson. My family is calling and telling me this. I call the number and no one answers. I called the number left in the voicemail and get 2 rude people who are threatening me. I politely tell them sue me and I will sue you for harassment. Have a great day! Jerks.

A scammer text msg wanting me to watch a powerful video to make between 1250 & 6500. Didn't specify what the 1250 was, i.e., apples, ants, laughs or what.

This is an old scam , the caller tells you you are required to return the call and that there is a court date that you must acknowledge. They say you have a case number and an attorney will explain what the case is about. Do not answer the phone and contact your local Sheriffs office. It is a scam to get you to pay money to settle a payday loan debt do not fall for this scam.
