Possible spam

Call about arranging a delivery of legal documents and then wants to transfer me to another department with more details.

Called and asked to confirm for legal documents, ask what it was about tried to transfer call, asked what address they had said I'll have to transfer, I then asked what company she was from she said ' The notification Center' she then hung up.

Scam call.  They try to get you to say "yes" to transferring the call to "the department that issued the legal documents".  I told them multiple times to just transfer the call and they said they need me to give them permission  by saying "yes".  I just repeated over and over... transfer the call, but I would never say "yes".  They eventually hung up.
