CALLED, ANSWERED AND WAS SILENCED, THEN THEY HANGED UP

Answered call, no one says anything then hang up

He called at 7:35pm stating he was with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Louisiana. He was really unprofessional sounding and I could hear an echo in the background. I told him I couldn't hear him and then he hung up.

All this is is BCBS calling back to do a customer service survey on YOUR most recent call to them. It’s not harassment. They are doing a service to make sure YOU were served promptly and with professional courtesy. Stop being so paranoid people. I’m glad company’s do this. It’s a great learning tool for them to retrain, coach and yes reward their employees.

I’m glad this service is in place. I wish it would be in place for ALL companies including hospitals and doctors offices where the most ugly conversations from their employees can and do take place.

Ryan, We are glad this service is in place for those consumers out their that have BCBS as their insurance.
However, Private Telephone Numbers should never be called.  They really need that extra step in place
to see which callers are registered the "Do Not Call List" both government and state lists.  ESPECIALLY,
this time of year with Open Enrollment and millions of telemarketing phishing scams robo-dialing down a
list of telephone numbers.  We have BLOCKED this number.

Then they need to leave a voicemail & have us return the call at our convenience. Most people I know don’t answer calls from unknown numbers, but will respond to voicemails if it’s legit... #2020
