How will anyone know if it is spam if they don't answer?

Calls many times from 5 am - 9 pm daily I will not answer because I don’t know the number

Well, I answered, I normally don't when unknown and no CID shows up. A woman with a very heavy Asian accent asked for me by name. At first, I couldn't figure out who she wanted, I couldn't understand a thing she said. She mumbled something at the beginning of the call, but I didn't catch it, which is why I suspect it's a debt collector.

Most definitely someone in a call center, I could hear other people talking in the background.

Well, thankfully you answered but I have to wonder why you arrived at the conclusion that it is a debt collector if you couldn't understand them.  The only reason that I could come up with is that you don't pay your bills.
