Warning don't fall for this.  If anyone calling and stating that they have an urgent legal matter - indian accent, very rude SOB asking for the name of your attorney's name, refusing to give any information.  You may have just applied for a loan advance online and somehow this company is getting ahold of your information and trying to claim legal action will be taken against you within 24 hrs even stating some bull of the police will be there to arrest you.  707-508-4204 is another number they are calling from.  I will also be reporting them to FCC and BBB.  Hope they get caught!

We've been getting his smart assed calls for a few days now. In fact he's calling right now. We've made a police report and ATT is tracing the calls.

Well evidently the FTC and the FBI are onto these guys. They've hacked a few websites (US Cash being one of them) and got ahold of everybody's info and are calling them.

For the last two months I have been harassed by a man named Jack Williams. The calls started with a request for me to call a legal department. If I did not call them back they wish me good luck with my future. I ignored the calls as I have no open legal matters open. After about a month the calls were coming more often with threats of me being "thrown down and arrested" the next morning and I better talk to him. His messages became very dreadful so our IT manager called him back to tell him to stop calling our company. Well, that just started calls to him every hour about throwing him in jail with me. We contacted AT&T and the Madison police department who are working on tracking this.

Last evening 4-25-12 the calls took a disturbing turn. He is now calling and leaving extremely pornographic messages for me. Saying he wants to come to my house and f*&K me. He left 4 messages where he is singing songs to me about what  he wants "to do " to me. I am scared. I never applied for any loan except my car loan so I do not know how this creep found me…

We have all of the messages (13 of them saved) and am continuing to get calls. Please let me know if I could help you find these people. I would hate to have this happen to others.

I received a call from this number today from an indian gentleman saying I was going to be served with a warrant. Unless I paid 845. over the phone. WHen I told him I couldn't pay immediately because I was at work. He insisted that I had to stay on the phone, leave work and go get a money pak payment and make or the police would be arresting me. When I asked for information as to what this was in regards and if could have the information of who was supposedly sueing me he said I could not talk to them directly only thru him.

I received a phone call from this number yesterday May 8th saying that Federal theft charges were being filed against me. The caller spoke with a heavy Indian accent and I could barely understand what was being said.
Unfortunately, I panicked and paid  $736.45 thru Green Dot Moneypak. That was yesterday. This morning the same guy called back and said I lied to him and that I owe him more money. I told him he needs to send me something in writing.

The call is originating from Ocean Springs, MS and is listed as Level 3 Communication LLC.

This phone number has been showing up on my work phone and cell phone...i immediately pick up and hang up.

I got the very same phone call.  This east indian creep said I was a criminal and he needed to hear from my attorney.  He was rude and I could barely understand this guy.  How has he not been stopped yet I wonder...and yes, stupidly I did apply for a cash advance online.
