This number keeps calling. How can I stop it? I belive this number has called me before and I have advised them to stop.

These guys still keep calling even though I havefiledseveral complaiants.  I will file a complaint for every time they call.  If I knew where they lived I would perform a 'Seal Team 6' on them!

This company, supposedly an Auto Insurance Telemarketer from other complaints read.  They have called me 3-4 times a day for over a month now.  This is especially aggravating since I have a relative in a nursing home that calls me for help and I rush to the phone to answer what may be a call from them and it is this joker calling and the majority of the time there is no one on the line.  Apparently their 'robo-calling machine is continuing to dial my number but it only rings three or four times then hangs up.  If I immediately call the number right back there is no one there or they have a message that the person you are calling has a mailbox that is full.  Very frustrating.

The number is now changed to 616-980-1306. Harassing phone calls about auto insurance. I filled out something maybe two years ago about auto insurance quotes, got a bunch of calls then it stopped. Now I get them from this Pakistan based number. I called back to talk to a supervisor who said he'd call me. Of course, he never did. Then I called back again & got someone who said they were in Texas, that he'd check it out, get back to me & take me off the list. I won't hold my breath on this one. To contact the Attorney General in Texas & complain about this company is the way to stop it.

They've been calling me daily, sometimes in the morning, sometimes at night.  I picked up and told them to stop calling.  They called 2 more times later that day... just seems to increase the amount of times they're calling me.  I contacted the CEO, Tom Slone as per Pat's advice, I just emailed him, but if I don't get a response, I'll call as well.  Here's the link to their conact page for those who didn't see Pat's comment: http://www.touchstonebpo.com/contact-us.html

Well now they are trying a new tactic, instead of the caller ID stating auto insurance or CTC Marketing the caller ID now says Guidance.  Very interesting because I did not provide any personal telephone contact information when I was obtaining insurance quotes.  In fact it was for another address than my personal home address, so how they got my telephone number is a mystery.  Thank goodness for caller id as I will continue to ignore the calls.

caller I.D said "guidance" on it ...so sick and tired of calls that are unwanted.

Just got the call--and I called them back. Told a person with a heavy accent no more calls because I am on a no call list. Guidance the phone message said. Hopefully that worked

Just got another call today from the same number. The person who answred the call was named ADAM who promised me that he would talk to a supervisor again and get my name deleted. Wish I could sue the [***]!!!

Who ever this person is needs to stop bothering me.  This is harrassment and will be pursued through the courts if needed.  Calling an unsolicted number is harrassment.
