See https://www.consumer.ftc.gov/articles/0131-cr ... reduction-scams
The FTC says that if you’re looking to reduce the interest rate you’re paying on your credit card purchases, your best bet is to handle it yourself for free... if you are tempted by the promises in a rate reduction robocall, the FTC says hold off — and hang up.
Don’t give out your credit card information. Once a scammer has your data, they can charge your credit card for their own purchases or sell the information to other scammers.
Don’t share other personal financial or sensitive information like your bank account or Social Security numbers. Scam artists often ask for this information during an unsolicited sales pitch, and then use it to commit other frauds against you.
Be skeptical of any unsolicited sales calls that are prerecorded, especially if your phone number is on the National Do Not Call Registry. You shouldn’t get recorded sales pitches unless you have specifically agreed to accept such calls, with a few exceptions.
If your number is on the National Do Not Call Registry, a telemarketer may call you only if you have agreed to accept calls from the company the salesperson works for, if you have bought something from the company within the last 18 months, or if you have asked the company for information within the last three months.
To report violations of the National Do Not Call Registry or to register your phone number, visit DoNotCall.gov
or call 1-888-382-1222. - KNCalled my private cell number which I share only on a need to know basis. Since I didn't recognize the number, I didn't answer. No message left. Assume it was a spam robocall. Hate these!
- Bill N.| 1 replyThis number called my cell phone this morning. No message. I have an Ohio phone number. I happened to travel through Charlevoix, MI. yesterday. Coincidence? Seems ironic.

- Charise Logan/ divorced-DavisInbound from this number, unanswered by myself, Charise @ 9:42 a.m. I allow most unidentified numbers to go to my voicemail, as I have impersonators attempting to paint lies of me in affairs with my x- husband Calvin Davis, Orgies, & gay/bisexual females. I haven't spoken to Calvin Davis since May 2005, nor Chantae Jarvis since April 2010-American Arbitration Hearing/CitiFinancial, nor sister Lisa June Logan since Feb 2014. A huge cover up is going on concerning inheritance money, stolen child support checks, sold real estate & more. False arrest @ U.T.A. dismissed listed on internet 5 pages long blasting me like a criminal for a criminal trespass warning/ arrest. More added to U.T.A. file, I was unaware of, nevertheless, scroll down to find the "truth," DISMISSED. Additionally, the arrest took place in the TWC Unemployment Office, which is Federal/State manidated/ jurisdictional legally wrong for U.T.A. to have 2 university cops, remove me from a computer signed in to take a job test, after the U.T.A. security officer of over 10 yrs. knowing me, as a non-troublesome client/ customer of free services, gave me permission to proceed in line and be issued a computer for my test. Officer Guithers (pronounced Goo-Shay). State County Officer, may have been out to lunch, who's desk was empty, which would have been the sole responsible jurisdictional authority for any arrest, if, it would have been true, that Charise Logan trespassed to utilize the Federal/ State facility & it's services. There are more circulating lies posted in Fort Worth Court System, concerning mental instability, which isn't true. Rumors of : Skitzo, depression, and lies that Charise is between normal & mental, so therefore, caught in the middle and unable to diagnose or get her some help (lies). Government and/or secret societies (Dan Bangeno: Life Inside The Big Bubble) cyberspace stalking, by a few abusing their authority & accessing individuals with Voo Doo bonding, thus, attempting to sew deception to viewing audiences perceptions, of an individual. Thank you, for reading the "truth." You have my permission to copy this information & post to social media, news, etc...in the fullness, without broken sentences to deceive or slander Charise Logan in any capacity. You also have my permission to report the "conspiracy," to try to paint me mental with my "haters," recruiting wounded, lame, downs syndrome, loose bows, dyslexia, etc...for the purpose of bringing "harm," and/or "oppression," to my life and anyone connected to me, especially people, who go under attack, when they try to help or become a support system up out of the bully oppressors continual hunting and exploiting their "prey." - Yet Another OneCall to business cell at 12:30. Sadly, I had to answer since I get calls from all over the country. It was robo-Heather wanting to renew my auto warranty. Odd, I don't have an original warranty so nothing to renew. She went on to say this was my second and final notice. Again, odd since I never got the first one and I am tragically upset that it was my final one (insert LOADS of sarcasm).

- RonCalled cell phone. I did not answer. I am on DNC list and only a few people have my number. Thanks to this site, I now am sure of the scammers making these calls.
