- Ezeakiel D.| 1 replyLeft a voicemail. Did not say the name of the organization and just said processing center. She was calling about significant changes to my federal student loans (I WISH!). Representative sounded super friendly but very nervous about the call which caused me to look up the number to see it is a scam. They provided me with a reference number and everything. I wonder how many people who are in debt like me are getting scammed by this.
