- McStuddSpam message recording.
- Call type: Telemarketer
- IrritatedFirst words I hear are "Attention, this is not a sales call. You were referred by a friend or relative. " and then immediately launched into a sales pitch. I hope whomever "referred" me lives a long life with a particularly nasty strain of syphilis.

- Mj2 calls in a row, one showing the above number, followed by one showing 'incomplete data' - both same company. Spam auto caller and if you answer, the message is pre-recorded telling you 'it is not a sales call', then goes on to say a friend or relative referred you for a alarm/security system and you have to be a home owner to take advantage....this is a disguised sales call, no one referred me or you. If you can block the number do so, but I am sure they are using a system with multiple numbers. Thanks to technology, the supply of new numbers is endless....

- W.T.Got a call a couple days ago on my Google Voice #! I don't have a cell phone, and have used that to communicate with my boss, husband, etc... How the hell did these jerks get that number? How come our numbers our out in the open, and when we try to search their numbers, we always get these complaint sites? They can call us, but we try to call them and get either a busy signal, or "this number is not in service"! I think the Do Not Call List was a scam! Everyone on it seems to get called!

It's best not to answer calls from unknown or anonymous callers, especially if they're from out of state.
If it's a legitimate call, or a friend or family member, they will leave a voicemail.
NEVER do anything the caller says to be added to their 'Do Not Call' list, simply hang up without saying anything or pressing any buttons on your keypad. This is just a ploy to verify they have reached a working number.
You can add your home or cell phone number to the legitimate National Do Not Call Registry by clicking here https://www.donotcall.gov or typing www.donotcall.com into your browser window, or by searching for 'National Do Not Call Registry' on Google or a search provider of your choice.
This is the Federal Trade Commission and you will have to enter a working email address you have access to in order to verify your submission.
I've been using the National Do Not Call Registry for years, and have greatly reduced unwanted calls, especially on landline numbers (home, office, etc). You can now add cell phone numbers to the list.
It's also a good idea to get a second email account with Gmail, Hotmail, or Yahoo mail to use with websites or sources you do not trust, but are required to enter an email address.
Good luck, enjoy your peace!

- HaroldThe functioning government has a secret system: a machine that spies on you every hour of every day. I know, because I built it. I designed the machine to detect acts of terror, but it sees everything.
So, was it really the telemarketer?- Caller: Your Uncle
- LacieThese bumfuqs are calling my child's phone. She has it for safety only and these pissants seem to think she can spend all kinds of money all kinds of ways. I dont know how to make them stop but I DO know an app you can use to keep them from reaching your phone or voice mail again. Google Play Store look up Dead To Me ( I dont know about this for IOS tho) and download. Input the number and bury it.
