unknown caller   2nd time I have received this on my cell phone

I received two calls from
+233-249543240 this morning.

The international country calling code of Ghana is +233.

ScanCom +233 24  = Ghana Mobile Telephone Codes/Operators

The first call about 5/5:30 AM and the second an hour later.
The first call no one was on the other end.
The second call, there was a person on the other end, the call did sound like it was made in a call center.
There was more people talking and a lot of clicking.

As soon as the caller said “Hello” I told them never to call this number again and to remove it from any/all types of calling list and that I would not answer again.
He said ok and hung up.

It has been over 5 hours now…
Fingers are still crossed.
