Called cell phone, number not known to me, didn't answer, left no message, blocked it!

Called my cell phone.  Didn't recognize the number so I didn't answer.  Caller didn't leave a message.  I blocked the number.

Caller was a voice machine triggered by what I said.  Did not wait till I was finished talking before it went on to the next comment.  Pretended to be asking for donations for a police related organization.  Refused to listen when I requested that they stop calling me.

Called 4 times in a row, even after I declined the call

Caller claims to be with Florida Police related organization, however follow up mail indicated a non-Florida, non-police related organization. Looking for donations. Block number, as requests for removal from calling list has been unsuccessful.
