Got the same message on my phone addressed to my wife.  Scammers  hoping you will call and then they can try to het info from you.

Same message as others have said. Stating that my case has been escalated and to avoid collections to call the 888 number.

HSBC credit card owed $2800 will be served in 2 days

I then replied with, "STOP" and received the following response:
"Empire Merchant Solutions, LLC: You have opted-out and will no longer receive messages from this service. Reply RESUME to subscribe. Contact support@icgservices.net

Recieved a text that said   JESSICA, be advised that non-payment may result in collections, or negative reporting. Call 833-417-7147. Refer to account MB2854869. Text STOP to opt-out. After texting stop received another message  Empire Merchant Solutions, LLC: You have opted out and will no longer receive messages from this service.  Reply RESUME to subscribe. Contact support@icgservices.net

Message states:
Your outstanding Medical bill has been placed with our office. Call us at 833-907-5278. Refer to acct MB3496857. Text STOP to opt out.

I have no outstanding bills and the last message I got saying to call this exact same number was regarding a bank credit card from a British bank that I had never heard of. It was from a different phone number but the message said to call the same 833-907-5278 number. I blocked it and now I get this one a week later.

Just got a text stating "please be advised that non-payment may result in collections, or negative reporting. Call 833-907-5278. Text STOP to opt - out.
