Unknown caller.  No message left.  Blocking!

Another scum number  to block

Recording wanting to "verify" google account.  I pressed one so I could speak with a person and ask to be removed from the calling list.  I told the man I wasn't interested and he said WHY?  I said because I am not.  He again said WHY?  I said please remove my number from your calling list.  He said NO!  I said  Well that was rude.  Then he replied How is that rude?  I just hung up on him.  Caller ID said CustomerService

received a call from VOIP caller 2395806026.  I did not take the call but I did call back. A recording came on if you do not want to receive calls press 9 and I did.  This is a Florida telephone number.

Picked up phone, said Hello, could hear a lot of static in the background (instantly thought Nigeria Calling) and got NO RESPONSE.  Hung up.  See it's a Florida number.  LEAVE ME ALONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Same "voip caller" shown as in previous postings. Since I am on the DNC it was obviously not a legitimate business. Left  no message and is now blocked.

I just received a recorded message from some JERK about car warrenty. The message was saying it was time to renew.This is a SCAM CALL. My warrenty for my car is taken up through the car dealership in my area and no one else.

Lots of static on line but could hear a voice in the background which didn't sound like English.  No message...., no nothing.   Added it to the blocked list.

Landline Gimmick Spam

Sigh. This is the second spam call today. I'm turning my phone off again. I only got to turn it on for three weeks, after having shut it off for five months because of ceaseless multiple daily telemarketing callers. Glad I only pay $30 a month for my simple flip-phone.

1.) when you press the number to be taken off the list, you are verifying your number.  Your number is then sold as a legitimate number.  I get calls from someone with Google all the time. I just tell them that they cannot guarantee my website will go to the top of the list. I'll string them along and waste their time. The I'll simply tell them that I don't have a web site.

2.) The car warranty is a scam also. They even send me letters via snail mail and use the dealers letterhead to make me think it's legit. I took it to the dealership and told him that I did not appreciate them selling my name to a scammer.  The dealership alleges that they don't sell the names, but there's no way a scammer can get my PO Box number, i' not public on the web. BBB warns about these as well.

3.) The DNC list is a joke. The state hasn't got the staff and funding to go after these guys and the Fed's are useless as well.

No message.  Blocked.

Received call from 239-580-6026. I did not answer. At this site, from what all has been said, I am glad I did not answer. Ignored and deleted call. I have been getting more calls from other numbers of this nature. Spam, Phishing, seems to be the goal of these calls. I recommend that people do not answer unknown callers. I think you are better off by doing this.
