Gentleman said he is with B&G Land Holdings in Bonita Springs, CA, gives me an address of a property there asking if I know anything about it.  I said no and we ended the call.  Strange.

Sorry guys.  This is not a scam, just real estate agents trying to buy land from out of area owners.  I own 2 lots in North Port, FL and talked with an agent last week on my cell phone.  She offered a low ball price for my lots and I told her they were not for sale.  Now they try to get me on my land line since I did not accept their ridiculous price.
Now they are blocked.

Left no VM.  Sounds like RE Agents.  Blocked

Yes, this is some landholdings company in California, looking to do low-ball buying of lots in Florida that have the potential of being the next skyscraper or wealthy home on multiple lots. They came looking to identify if I would be interested in selling for pennies on the dollar.

Call came in a 1:50 pm.  After 2 rings they quit.   Not much patience or its a machine that quits after 2 rings.  Not everyone is right by the phone.  Blocked call.

A male caller on the other end, named two properties that i hold in Florida.  Told me he is with B & C land holdings, wants the buy my holdings. Did not offer a price, bad connection and were disconnected.

I did not answer this call and they did not leave a VM. We do own a lot in FL, and from previous comments, it sound like a real estate company that I would not want to do business with. Caller id came up as Unknown Name.

They are not scam... just talk to them.

My phone rang two times and left no voice mail. This doesn't look like calls coming from legitimate business.

Have called me also wanting to purchase my lots for a fraction of what they're worth. Sure we all want a bargain, but their offer is just plain ridiculous

They called my husband's cell. Old flip phone with no way to block calls. Only 2 rings. Left no message. Reading the experiences above, will not answer if they call back

They are a company that low balls on vacant land. Guess we all have a different definition of “scam”.  Look them up on BBB site. Why any seller would take a maybe contract for purchase and tie up an asset is beyond me. If a buyer, you either do or do not want the asset and you are willing to pay $X. If buyer cannot do that, they are not one to be taken seriously. Geez.

Cold call trying to low ball on FL land. Tired of their calls. Blocked multiple numbers and reporting to feds. Fed up!
