Seems Legit

This number called my landline this evening.  Didn't recognize the number so it went unanswered.  CID only said Frederick, MD.  My ex-wife's brother lives in Frederick, but he would have no reason to call me, and if he did, he would leave a message.  But as usual, no message was left, therefore it couldn't be an important call.  The number is now blocked and will never bother me again!

Ditto...! on "The Doctor".   Rang twice and answer machine took over and ...."Nothing".....?

CID = Frederick MD. Picked up phone. They immediately disconnected. Probably FOP scam. Now calling on Sundays. Now blocked.

FOP calls are a scam?

Called at 7:47 PM on Sunday, March 6th 2016 and CID displayed "V306194758001258 240-225-0521" and as usual, no VM was left.  Since no VM was left, the call wasn't important to begin with.

With so many scams going on now-a-days, I won't donate over the phone for 2 reasons:
1) You cannot Verify the identity of the individual who called you and
2) You cannot Verify the name of the Charity that they are representing either.

Answered, I know a big mistake, but we live near here (Frederick). No one on the line. Scammers probably.

Duct cleaning/home improvement robocall scam, claiming I was a "previous customer". [***], I pick every service company carefully from either Angie's List or Consumer's Checkbook, and I remember all of them.

Bogus telemarketer. No one on the other end when they call.  Need to block this number.

Steven Durham for police fund.  Calls constantly.
