I received a call at 2:47 pm CT from this number. The man identified himself as "David Mason"; I repeated the name of my company and ask, "May I help you?" He then tried to tell about something but he was muffled; I explained that I could not hear him for loud background noise (obviously a cattle call room full of others named "David Mason") and attempted to adjust the volume on my phone, while retrieving my tape recording for 'quality control recording'. He then, for no reason, became to shout "F-- You, you F-n A--hole, I know where you live, you F-n B@$&#--I will come & cut your F--n head off, you F--n A---hole" then the line went dead. The number, I'm sure "spoofed" is appearing as Glenn Dale, MD (as in the city in Maryland)--I believe after his introduction he said he was with the U.S. Grant Program which got my name & number for a grant....Really?! Wow, that's an old one that's been beaten to exhaustion & they're still attempting to use it...the call sounded Indian/Hindi or from that region--I surely hope Homeland Security cracks these fools soon--they assumed I was elderly; my hubby is 60+ but I am not even close so they need to just give up all together but callers beware!!

I received a recorded message from this number saying I have been approved for a grant. I hung up and googled the number, read the comments of "The Minister" and decided to add some feedback as well.

received a call from this number.  Recorded message told me I was awarded a $7,000 grant but I had to call them back.  I just hung up and told my husband and he brought the number up.  We already knew it was probably a scam.

He said I applied for a loan, which I did not..before that he said I registered for college..I have not done either

so i too just recv a call and let it go to vm, i just listened to it and the only it says was 2069, i repeat 240, something else , and something else and then the hrs i can call..

I just got called from this number, I don't know people from other states except for New York so I don't answer if I don't know the number I really hope they stop these people I've had to download an app on my phone to block them from calling me

Have had several calls from this number, with a different offer every time, plus they leave lengthly voice mail messages.  How do we stop them?

You best STOP calling, I will report this number to the authorities!!!

I got a ring & then voice message.It is good that I checked on Google & found about this number.

Got a call today from this number times two. The first was a hang up and the second time they tried to talk and acted like they couldn't hear me. It's a scam and very sad because I am sure they will target people who are vulnerable. Stupid scammers just crap. If the government would just go after these kind of people.

This number just called my phone twice. Once saying something about being U.S.blah blah then called again talking about they can't hear me when I ask who they are then hung up! Smh

Just received a call from this number 3/16/2015. The man on the other line told me the government was going to send a 7000 check for me never having a foreclosure, or credit card bills. He said he works for the government. They have my address and previous last name. He gave me the number to call his supervisor in order to confirm my identity and send the card. The number was 240-232-2113 and the supervisors name he told me was Stella. Called her, she told me to call back in 15 minutes. In the time I've found multiple scams from this number.

Could barely hear the guy he sounded british and said something about "c*cks" a few times. I then hung up.

3/21/2015 2:37 pm. I just received a call from that number but didn't answer it. I do not answer the phone unless that party's number is in my address.

I received a call from this number today the man asking for Melissa I told him there was no Melissa at this number he proceeded to tell me that I am using her number and I am a f*ing idiot  and continued to curse me out and hung up on me

Received dead air call from this obvious robocaller.

Received call from this number. A woman told me I was selected to get  a grant from the government for $7000.00-(sure they are giving away money)...I told her she needed to get a better job before she gets sent to jail...She hung up...Sounded like large call center, heavy foreign accent...

could not understand the stupid person and said if you could get rid of all the background noise i might could hear you he hung up

I received a call from number telling me that the US Federal Government wanted to send me $7000 because i never had a bankrupcy or conviction. I was a selct few who was receiving th $$. He asked how i wanted the $$.
Knowing it was a SCAM i asked if he was an employee of the United States Federal Government and he stated yes he is an employee of the US Government.
I told him to send me a check, but said he needed my bank account number.
I then told him tht this is a scam and there is no way i was going to give him any personal information and hung up!
Please warn everyone not to give out ANY personal infodmation!  SCAM!!!
